Triple C Juice

1 beet
1 pear
1 apple
1 little piece of fresh ginger
2 sticks of celery
10 regular carrots
1 small jicama

Chop all the ingredients up into pieces and leave cores, skins, and greens intact. Juice. Drink immediately or chill in the refrigerator
